Payroll, HR management and benefits administration for small to large companies worldwide

Since 1999, Banco de España has been managing employee data and payroll using HR Access. Until then, the organisation had a customised information system, but in 1996 Banco de España decided to replace its information system with a commercial solution, and, after an exhaustive selection process, finally settled on the product that was known at the time as Sigagip/CS. The product was owned by CGI, a company that was acquired by IBM.
One of the biggest benefits of the HR Access solution is its flexibility when it comes to implementing changes in legislation.
HR Access manages over two million public sector employees, mostly at the state and local government level. With its reliability, scalability and industrial strength processes, HRa Suite offers the public sector solid guarantees backed by the consultancy services provided by its employees and integrators.

The Banco Popular Group implements a powerful and innovative HR service network for employees.
This major Spanish financial group, the 3rd largest in Spain, is one of the most profitable and efficient in the world. It has recently finished a long HR transformation project.
Characterised by its capacity for innovative and effective management, this group pays particular attention to the professional and personal development of its employees. Its HR policy places people and their capabilities squarely at the centre of its activity, something that is reflected in its performance.
HR handles the payrolls of over 20,000 employees (including retired staff) and close on 3,600 pay items (including intermediate and calculation items). The single employee file is the cornerstone of the group's data systems and has made a great contribution to the integrated global staff management model that is currently in place.
HR Access technology has been essential in helping achieve this.

The signing of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contract with Bankinter, will see HR Access manage the payroll process for 4,600 Bankinter employees, as well as updating and maintaining the solution
The agreement allows Bankinter to stay in control of the management process, while outsourcing administrative and technological processes, maintenance and the refresh of the solution.

CaixaNova chose HR Access to manage its 3000 individuals currently employed by the savings bank. By choosing HRa Suite, CaixaNova has opted for a highly efficient HR management system.
The solution will enable CaixaNova to benefit from key modules including organisation, assessment and skills, training and selection, all supported by a single technological platform with cross-disciplinary functions. This will help to increase efficiency and modernise conventional HR tasks.
CaixaNova holds half the share capital of Banco Gallego and together they have a turnover of almost 50 billion euros. These institutions represent the first financial platform in Galicia formed by a bank and a savings bank.

Of the 42 regional Crédit Agricole banks that use HR Access today for payroll, 11 of them rely entirely on HR Access for an HRIS (hosted by the GIE EXAPROD) that is fully integrated and shared.
The SIR Exa (the Regional Exa Information System) is one of the five information systems currently owned by the Crédit Agricole Group. The goal of these systems is to share the IT resources of the 42 banks in the Group, in order to reduce costs across all business functions (including Human Resources).
GIE EXAPROD that operates the Exa software packages, today has 7 member entities. Its strength is that it offers a complete, community HRIS, based on a single setup of HR Access. This HRIS is operated by 11 member entities

CSE, a banking services business, is the leading information technology services consortium for banks. The consortium originates from the desire of some banks to have a facility that could provide them with a highly reliable service, value for money, superior functionality, and which was ready to help them achieve their objective of technological innovation.
With 8 million customers, CSE has around 140 million euros of its customers’ assets under management (over 350,000 user points around the whole country). Importantly, nearly 12 million real time transactions are executed daily through its national network.
The primary objective of CSE was to find a product that was very flexible and easily customisable, in order to respond to the development needs of each bank. It was necessary to take into account the departmental modules which were not integrated with administrative attendance and monitoring applications, which created configuration challenges.
The solution chosen by CSE consists of key modules that includes: staff management, payments, times and activities.
