Italy CSE
CSE, a banking services business, is the leading information technology services consortium for banks. The consortium originates from the desire of some banks to have a facility that could provide them with a highly reliable service, value for money, superior functionality, and which was ready to help them achieve their objective of technological innovation.
With 8 million customers, CSE has around 140 million euros of its customers’ assets under management (over 350,000 user points around the whole country). Importantly, nearly 12 million real time transactions are executed daily through its national network.
The primary objective of CSE was to find a product that was very flexible and easily customisable, in order to respond to the development needs of each bank. It was necessary to take into account the departmental modules which were not integrated with administrative attendance and monitoring applications, which created configuration challenges. The solution chosen by CSE consists of key modules that includes: staff management, payments, times and activities.
