Now HR Access manages everything relating to payroll, training, HR management and recruiting, structure management and performance management. La Redoute - Redcats
The Redcats Group - with 12 000 employees in France – has chosen the HR Access solution to fulfill its long-term goal of equipping all its French companies with a common HRIS.
The flagship subsidiary, La Redoute, has been chosen as the pilot site for this project which is being rolled out in stages, so that each company in the group will be involved in order to exploit all the benefits of the software. The main objective for Redcats was to have a future-proof HRIS that could integrate regulatory developments such as the DADS-U or Continuing Education Reforms in France. Also to ensure that the HR Access software package was available to all French companies in the Group, to bring them added value and a uniform approach.
