Face-to-Face Interview
At HR Access, we pride ourselves on having the best in the business and we achieve this through a rigorous selection process. HR Access’ interviewing style is behaviour-based. This means our hiring managers and HR Consultants will ask about specific situations you've been in and your accomplishments. Our interviewers will be looking for demonstrated expertise in your particular professional area. Candidates will meet with numerous representatives from the company, and can expect to have a minimum of at least 3 rounds of face-to-face interviews. This ensures our hiring process is thorough and fair, but also offers candidates a deep insight into our business.
Following your interviews, we will decide if you are suitable for the job opening. The hiring process can vary greatly in length and depends on several factors, including the skills needed and the number of qualified candidates. We take hiring very seriously and for that reason, it could take a number of weeks for us to make a decision and follow up with feedback.
